| Dr Anne-Sophie Marcelino is currently managing the teams dedicated to several dairy brands within the department of Sensory and Behavior Science in Danone Research Center, Palaiseau - France. |
This department has two main expertise domains which are the sensory analysis and the upstream consumer studies aimed at designing innovative products, validating them in real usage and exploring benefits expectations at the very early stage of product development.
Prior to this position, Anne-Sophie Marcelino occupied several positions, mainly in sensory and consumer sciences. She is graduated as food industry ingenieur from ONIRIS - Nantes and has a phD in food science - AgroParisTech, Massy.
